CME CREDITS
European Accreditation Council for Continuing medical education (EACCME®) 

The 26th EVER Congress, Valencia, Spain 26/10/2023 – 28/10/2023 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 20.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity (6 credits on 26/10, 7 credits on 27/10, 7.5 credits on 28/10). “Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org“Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.”

Procedure

Attendance to the accredited sessions will be monitored through scanner devices. In order to receive CME credits for your participation, make sure to scan your badge at the registration desk at the entrance and at the exit of meeting area. The attendee will receive the personal link to access the CME questionnaire by email at end of the Congress (at 00.01 on 29/10 CEST). The CME questionnaire has to be completed by 18/11 at 23:59 (CEST)Please note that the access code is necessary to access the CME questionnaire, you will receive the certificate by email once your participation to the sessions has been checked. If you need help to get your CME credit certificate please contact AIFA-ECM-UEMS@oic.it

The 23rd EVER Congress, Valencia, Spain, 13/10/2022-15/10/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 19 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

EACCME® credits

Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form.
Please find below the breakdown of ECMEC®s per day:

13.10.2022 – 5.00
14.10.2022 – 7.00
15.10.2022 – 7.00

The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 1 ECMEC® for one hour of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day.

You will receive the certificate by email once your participation to the sessions has been checked.
